Get started with CrewCost, from setting up your account and configuring settings to creating jobs and monitoring project financials.

It’s easy to get started with CrewCost. Follow these steps to explore the application’s key features.

1. Create your account: Set up a free account with a 30-day trial. You’ll have access to all the app’s features, so you can see if it’s a good fit for your business.
2. Configure your settings: Customize CrewCost to meet your specific business needs by configuring your settings.

   3. Set up your cost codes
3. Add customers and products: Add your customer database and your products or services.

4. Create a job: Now that you have all the main settings configured, you can start creating jobs in the Job Center. Each job represents a project and contains the estimates, contract, budget, change orders, and transactions associated with it..
5. Monitor project financials: You can monitor your project's financial performance through the job’s dashboard, which provides an up-to-date report on your project budget, cash flow, and estimated profit. 
6. Monitor company health: All your project information is rolled up into the company dashboard, where you can get a pulse on company health.
